Bought the valve 5 month ago for my 2019 Ford Edge. When I installed it, the valve insert was a little bigger than original, I had to sand it down to fit, and the angles is 90 degree rather than 45 degree, it made me very hard to put it into the holes. But recently, after 4 months, the valve is faulty again. I have buy another one.

I bought this to clear a purge flow error. I wasn't able to install it before the return period ran out. The length was not as long as the original but I got it to reach. It cleared my code. That was a short lived 4 months. I took my 2019 Ford Edge to the dealer this time when the code came back. The part is faulty. I tried to reach the seller and no reply. Save your money and do not purchase this part from this seller.

My opinion is don’t waste your money. My husband replaced in 2015 Ford Edge- it worked for 2 weeks and went out on a trip out of the state. So we went to Orielly Auto parts and spent $170- on closer inspection the part number on this has been blacked out with sharpie. Maybe you will have better luck, but in the end we were disappointed we ordered this!

Installed product. Four weeks to the day, it stopped working. Missed the return windows by 1 day. Do not buy this. Spend the extra money and by a legit replacement.

First of all hoses were too short to fit properly in 2019 Ford Edge 2.0 so I had to improvise by re-using original hoses, but more importantly the new valve failed on a second day of driving! Now I can blow air through it with no power applied! (OEM/Bosch valve lasted almost 100k miles) I replaced this with another purge valve from Amazon (valve alone, therefore still using my OEM hoses) and it is working properly for two weeks now.

This was very easy to figure out how to install. After I installed it, I drove maybe 10 miles and the light went off. FINALLY FIXED!!!! Definitely a lot cheaper here than at the Ford dealership. I was told the part would cost almost $300.00!!! Definitely get this if you have the same issue. Gets the job done at a fraction of the cost!
