Quiet, easy to clean, they look fine in the house , cats love them but it took awhile for them to get used to the fountains. They'd been drinking from a bowl all along and I hated how especially in summertime the bowls would all get rings around them no matter what I did. I have three cats ...and now have two of these fountains. I like how when the water is getting lower it makes a little bit different of a humming sound and kinda alerts me it's time to fill it up. It's a peaceful sound..one is in our office/cat room and the other is in our kitchen. Filters are easy to find and change and I like too that these come with a little washable mat for underneath to protect the floor or counter

My cat only wants to drink running water. She will wake me up five times a night to turn the sink on so she can drink. Now that she's getting old and has kidney problems, it's more important than ever that she gets enough water, but also important for me to sleep. She drinks very happily from this fountain.Previous fountains I tried were made of plastic and would eventually just become too gross since they couldn't be fully taken apart. This fountain is easy to put together and take apart, and the pump can be taken apart enough to effectively clean. The pump cleaning instructions are clear and even a little funny, with the pump being shown as a cartoon character.I only fill and run this fountain at night to try and preserve the life of the filter and pump sponge. My cat makes sure to remind me to put it back together and fill it for her. She really loves the fountain, and I like getting a good night's sleep.

This stainless-steel water fountain has been a blessing for me and my cats! Holds a lot of water, and with the light inside it is easy to see when I need to fill it. My cats are drawn to it and like drinking from it. The soft sound of the water I find soothing, and it isn't noisy but just a soft, gentle sound. The design is super simple, making it easy to clean and fill!

The water system works well, looks nice, the cats like it. But the filter is a lot louder than our previous fountain. And it’s difficult to see the water level. Also, the stainless steel body feels healthier than the previous plastic one, but gets dirty-looking more quickly with our local hard water. It’s easy enough to clean.

It's fine so far. The pump itself is VERY quiet, but the water trickling is loud and distracting, especially at night. My cats haven't actually used it yet, so I can't attest to how much they like it, but it's only been set up for a couple of days now & I'm hoping they use it once they get more used to it. Assembly was easy enough and all the parts were there, though the little impeller would NOT come out no matter what I did, & the instructions explicitly said to clean that separately, so I rinsed it really well and I'm hoping that was enough to get the job done.Overall it's just fine so far. I might return it if my cats don't show interest in a couple days, if only because the water trickling is the worst part about it.EDIT:I am very impressed by the promptness and quality of the customer service for this product. The team reached out within the span of a couple days and offered me a full refund without returning the fountain. I sat on the offer for a minute because I wanted to give the product an honest go, and I'm very glad I did.The water noise did take some getting used to, but I hardly notice it now that I've grown used to it. The pump is still quiet, and I only notice it when the water level gets to the minimum marker—which is honestly helpful because it reminds me to add more and change the filter.Not that the pump noise happens often, because it doesn't; the water level indicator is great. I really didn't think it would make much of a difference to me to be able to visibly note the water level, but it's a real game changer and I SUPER appreciate the ability to take a glance and know whether or not I have to refill it.My cats took about a week to warm up to it, but they LOVE it now and use it often (I have 5, so the fact that they all like it is pretty impressive). They share it well — the design is nice, it doesn't take up much counter space and allows two of them to use it comfortably at once (and would probably have room for two more if the cats actually liked each other enough to sit beside one another).So far I've been impressed with how clean the stainless steel has remained and how well the filter works.Overall, I'm really impressed with the product itself and the quality of the customer service. I didn't end up taking the refund because I really am very pleased with it; I think it's the nicest fountain I've had to date (& with five cats, you tend to go through a few fountains). Definitely recommend.
