I have been looking for a parts bin like this for awhile. I had know problems puting this bin together. There were two problems I had with it. One: no instructions, the second was the trays did not spend freely when you tried to trun them. I put some axle grease on the post and the trays started to turn easly.Chiefbel

Change to review again:Since I am considering buying another one of these, I should probably raise my rating, as I obviously like the product. It has been a few years since I bought these, and I use them a LOT. When I am working on any sort of craft, I have the various materials sorted into one of these bins. I one in my sewing area, a few in my LEGO building area, and a few in tool area.I also have another brand that is much more sturdy, but was also much harder to get together, and is no longer offered for sale.Change to review:I bought another one, and have to lower my rating. This one does not go together easily at all. I am going to have to sand out the circular bin center just to get the post to fit. Basically the post is too wide for bins.So I have to conclude that I just got lucky with my previous one, that it all fit together.--- my original review below --Fine for light weight items (I use it for Lego pieces).I would not use it for anything that had any significant weight. If the weight is not balanced, and significant, expect the bin to tilt to the side with the most weight. However, for the price, and for light weight items, I would buy this cart over buying the similar (much higher quality) Akro-Mils roto-shelf.Assembly was not without frustration. I almost opted to just go to a hardware store and buy my own bolts, to fit the holes. Then I realized that if I took the pin outside, and hammered it so that one end was narrow enough to get through the hole (leaving the rest of it wider) I could easily get it into the hole, and then hammer it through, having a reasonably tight overall fit. This was an easier process, than the assembly of the Akro-Mils version, where I pounded each bin into place.Related to how each turns. With the Akro-Mils product, the individual bins to do not turn, independent of the other bins. But it all turns easily due to the wheels. With this one (Vestil) each shelf does easily turn on its own. Basically each shelf fits on the center pole more loosely than the Akro-Mils product, making the bins easier to put onto the pole during assembly, allowing them to turn individually, but also preventing them from easily accommodating higher weights.

Unlike the other reviewer, mine did come with a cap to cover the open pipe on the top.Assembly is as follows as there is no directions included.Install pipe on bottom tray with the casters on it.Drive roll pin through BOTTOM most hole. Insert washer over pipe. Insert tray over pipe. Repeat sequence for remaining trays.Install cap over pipe.Nice solid parts stand.
