Sturdy, relatively easy to assemble, and functions exactly as expected. I got this to replace an old cardboard roll organizer and this one has better capacity and keeps my documents safer from humidity and such.

Construction is ok for the price, but you can not fit 10 yards rolls of vinyl with tube. This is usable only for scarab vinyl or left a little bit on a tube.

My boss had tons of blueprints laying all over the office, now they are organized and stored upright. Next I'm going to get tags for them so he can find them at a glance instead of pulling them out of the cart to see which one is which.
