You get what you pay for... rings true with this tile saw. If your doing a small job that doesnt require precision and will never use it again then sure. I did half a backsplash for a mini bar (very small project) but I ended up returning it and then buying a sliding tile saw for the same price used. Its really not worth the headaches and hassle this thing will cause you. Water everywhere, cutting surface too small, slow cutting and easily chips some tile even when taking it slow, and the fence? the fence is a joke and will never be straight.

This tile saw is simply not adequate to cut larger tiles (greater than 6"). The blade drifts away from the cut line and makes cutting 2 foot tiles impossible. Buy this model only if you have small tiles to cut.

So far my biggest complaint is the lag time in delivery. The unit could use better instructions with a better diagram. The one supplied is not great if you aren’t mechanically inclined. The blade is a bit thick and I replaced it with a thinner blade for a smother cut. Overall for the price it it a good unit. I likely would purchase a more expensive unit. I corrected a design flaw with the guide bar. It is now more secure.

This works fine for the 4×4 tiles I have. It has the capacity to cut larger and thicker tiles. I used the tilting table a few times to miter cut and actually cope some tile profiles. The fence was a bit fiddly to get set up since it had to be locked down both at the front and the rear ends. What this does allow you to do is prevent pinching against the blade as the tile exits the rear of the blade.

This wet saw is small but gets small jobs done. Terrible instructions that doesn't have pictures. Will need to do trial and error to see if it is assembled like the picture shown. Tile will always get stuck on the metal piece holding up the adjustment knob. Very frustrating!! to only cut half a tile and then stop to readjust to cut the other half as it always get stuck.

Poor quality saw was bent so bad the blade will not fit on it. Frame is bent badly. Supposed to be a refurbished saw? Will never buy again

Was surprised at how well the item worked. You can’t cut anything deeper than about 4 inches otherwise the blade guard interferes. It can be taken off and get water sprayed in your face. If a professional showed up to do work with this I’d find a new contractor.

This is a great tool for small jobs. It cut well and everything worked. The guide is very flimsy and will wear out fast and be useless. It would work fine for square tiles, but it is difficult to work with 4' planks because there isn't enough table area to keep the plank level. Overall, it is a good tool for small jobs.
