The install was super simple. I cut two wires and used the wire nuts that came with this to connect them. such a solid power increase. I use the large milwaukee 18V battery and it lasts for days! I seriously mean days with this upgrade and its so much faster and powerful.

Used It to power my sons 4-wheeler with It. Made the ATV flight twice as fast. Even scary for me.Product itself is great. Super well made, It definitely beats using bare wires directly to battery pack. It clips securely same as if using on a tool. Infinitely applications for It. Anything that is low voltage and you want a load of juice for it. Will definitely recommend.

I got this to utilize my Milwaukee M18 batteries for off-tool use. This kit is pretty simple. It clips onto your existing battery. The connection is firm and requires you to pinch the locking tabs on the battery to release. It comes with an On/Off switch located between the leads. The leads themselves are 12ga stranded wire. The insulation feels like PVC. Included with the power wheel (I have no idea why they call it that) are a pair of flat head wood screws and wall anchors. the adapter has corresponding holes so you can mount it to a board or to the wall. Also included is a nicely made clip connector for attaching the adapter to your auxiliary wiring, and three 30A fuses (one already installed in the in-line fuse holder). All in all a nice kit. My only gripe is the red color of the plastic is not an exact match for the Milwaukee battery color, but perhaps my old battery is just faded. Didn't know these existed - great idea; saw it and I ordered one. Power goes down regularly in my shop – I have a 18w 12 - 28 volt dc floodlight on order. Nearly 25ahs of lazy Milwaukee M18s doing nuthin' when the power is out – I'll hook this cool little wire harness up to the lamp and put them to work powering my 18w mobile flood light. Probably make a circuit that will cut off power when batteries drop below 18v – suggest anyone thinking to do this do the same. Might be that the the tool batteries have a BMS that will shut them down but don't know if that is in tool or batteries. A little redundancy won't hurt. It will also be fun to try and string some of the little solar cells together (maybe use some kind of PWM) and make a little 20v solar charge controller and use the lamp for camping.
