Worth the money, easy functions just plug in and push the button to turn on. It was bigger than expected and super sturdy. It is worth it the quality of this machine and the Bluetooth capabilities. I use it twice a day and it has my whole body feeling good and no more swollen ankles from sitting all day at work you can feel the circulation through your body. My daughte tired it for only 2 mins and felt like she did a full workout. The flexibility to move ot from room to room s a plus

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect with this thing but so far it has helped me lose weight and tone up. I know it's supposed to help with lymphatic system as well but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know if it does. Regardless, I'm very pleased with the other results.

This is a great vibrational plate. it will really shake your booty, and all other parts of your body. I like it. There are acupuncture points on the plate where your feet go.

I've been using a vibration board at my physical therapist's office but now I can use it more frequently at home. This unit has some great features. I really like the acupressure points for the feet (something I was initially unsure about). The instructions are confusing though and don't seem to match the unit (updated perhaps?). The instructions say the programs settings are P1 - P5 but the unit screen shows 00, 02, 05, 12, 28 when the program buttons are pressed. Wish the owner's manual would be updated and downloadable. Using trial and error at this point.The remote works sometimes and sometimes not but the options are all available on the unit deck so just a minor inconvenience.
