Your cart is empty. Victor 1.75 lb. Snake-A-Way Snake Repelling Granules repel garter snakes, rattlesnakes, and other species from areas they are not wanted. This granular snake repellent is applied around the perimeter of the area you want to protect. Snake-A-Way is detected by the snake’s Jacobson’s Organ (auxiliary olfactory sense organ) and disrupts its sensory reception. This disorientation causes the snake to slither away unharmed, in search of fresh air.
Wearing gloves, apply the granules to the perimeter of the area that you want protected. Place bands 4-5 inches wide to repel garter snakes, and 8-12 inches wide to repel rattlesnakes. For yard application, sprinkle Snake-A-Way throughout the area within the perimeter. When odor becomes faint, simply reapply. This product contains naphthalene (7%) and sulfur (28%) as its active ingredients.

Snakes were hanging out between our concrete step and the house. We put this behind the step to keep them out. Served its purpose by keeping the snakes away for a short time, but made the entire house smell like moth balls. Extremely strong smell

So I bought this granular stuff to spread around a rock wall that I have. I also purchased their brand of spray as well. The spray has an oder that is not unpleasant. This granular stuff is pretty ripe! If you use it around a a place far away from where people gather, then you’ll have no problem.Use the spray version closer to gathering spots. Both are very effective!!

We have both bull and rattle snakes where we live, I spread this granular repellent every Spring about May and it lasts for three months, then I do it again and we don't see them in our yard at all.Neighbor had 5 rattle snakes in two weeks, he got some and hasn't had them since.
