It's good for a chinese knockoff of a good camera. It serves it's function, but it's definitely over hyped in the description. When running at it's highest quality and framerate the battery just doesn't hold up very well. However, the microphones included do put this at a good entry level camera, eliminating static and pops in the recordings. I wouldn't buy it again because by the time I need a new one the next level up will have come down in price.

First, the remote never worked. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Charged up both batteries, and took to record a volleyball match. When recording, the battery showed low after 15 minutes of recording. After about 15-20 minutes, the camera started shutting off every 5 minutes. No warning, no low battery, just off. Happens when on battery or external power. Really disappointed.

Overall, I really like the camcorder, but we spent an hour making 17 different videos, then when we went to look at them on the camcorder, there was only 12. Then when i plugged it into my computer to see if they were all still on there, i was left with 8. Has this not happened to anyone else?? Am I missing something? I would love to give this a good review, but I really cant when it deletes the videos we make all on its own.

I bought this camera for my sons birthday because of the low cost. I thought it would be a great started video camera for him as he's always taking photos and videos with my phone. I am ASTOUNDED at how nice this camera. I almost returned it for one issue, which is that the battery cover never really has clicked back in since getting it, but I decided not to because I couldn't get a different one in time. I'm SO GLAD I didn't return it. The whole family can use this the quality is surprisingly good and it comes with two different microphones that also work surprisingly well!! I genuinely can't believe I only spent this much for it!
