The track the screen runs in came dented now the screen won't go up. Also the outer hole and inner hole diameters are different. Butter hole should be smaller than the inner hole. Overall, not impressed.

The design of the clamp ring and the channel in the window extrusion eliminate drilling holes for the self tapping screws. Excellent concept and design.

Great addition to our stealth camper. Only negative is the self tapping screws. You should pre-drill them an be careful as you can strip out the head. Also, I was shorted 1 screw but my bucket of bolts saved me on this. Another note is that they don’t sent a template but if you are installing this on your own, you should be able to do this with a little cardboard.

Sealed up real nice with butyl tape. Snugged together with the included self-tapping screws. Smooth action on glass and screen. I’m really happy I went with this product, will definitely buy more windows!

WAS my window a dud ? Maybe ,but next purchace will tell.Window looked great but window ring did not make sense. $30 stocking fee was a big turn off. Was going to buy a deeper one but decided stocking fee was not worth a second one. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY
