I found some vinyl records in my crawl space, that I've been storing for almost 30 years. I wanted to record the records to my computer but they sounded awful. I purchased this 9 in 1 cleaning kit, and what a positive difference it made! It is very simple to use and it made the records sound like what I remembered them to sound like when they were new! The quantity of cleaning solution will easily get me through my 50+ records. I didn't think i would need the label protector and needle gel but, after using them, I wouldn't be without them!

A complete kit was what I was looking for. May feel a bit overpriced but it is hard to get genuine quality set which a does the job. Have been using since a month and am happy about the care that I am able to provide for the records.

Comes with a lot of tools to keep your records nice and clean. The Mitts are a very nice detail, and they are not just made of carton as it appears in the pictures, they have a nice cloth interior pad that makes contact with the vinyl.

This kit was easy to use and a good value for money. I returned it just because the little brush was shedding a little bit and the velvet brush did not really clean the records that well. It was easy to use and a good size for storage.

It's got two convenient levels, surfactant spray, velvet brush, antistatic brush (the Audiophile brush alone costs as much as this), gel stylus cleaner (and yes, Virginia, it works, cleaner solution for the better part of the stylus, a label protector for surface cleaning the record, a microfiber towel, and something you may not have ever considered: a soft tool to grip the records, giving you a secure hold taking them out of the sleeve, placing them on the platter, flipping - anything. They're so simple, and game changers, easier than microfiber, reusable, and whether you believe it or not, safer in keeping your records spotless than the most careful of barehanded touch. Highly recommended kit, and any of several parts of it are worth the price, so consider it a steal.

I am new to vinyl and wanted an all in one kit and this offered everything at an excellent value. I especially appreciate that it comes with the mitts because I wanted to get some of those anyways.On first few uses, this has definitely helped with issues I was having, especially a dirty stylus.There is no included permanent case, though the packaging was nice and safe. I would've paid more for a sku that comes with a compartmentalized bespoke case for everything, but they all fit nicely in a Splatoon plush Switch carrying case I have.If you need a cleaning kit and starting to rabbithole vinyl cleaning, stop holin' and just buy this bundle. If you need a more premium version of something down the line, like a brush, get it later. This is literally the message I wish to send to my past self.

When Hudson Hi-Fi advertises this kit as an "ultimate record cleaning set" they really mean ultimate. Some product sellers will charge you about as much for just a velvet record brush and a small dropper bottle of distilled water as I paid for this entire set. For daily play of your collection and general record maintenance, I can't recommend this kit highly enough - it's certainly the best value I've seen anywhere for all that you receive! Hudson is *very* generous in the amount of cleaning solution they send (but definitely pay attention to the warning that you should NOT use the cleaning stuff on your old shellac '78s!) and all of the tools you get are great quality. The only way this set could *possibly* be more ultimate is if it included a cleaning machine without changing the price!

Like a few others, I thought the microfiber cloth was missing. I contacted the seller and they let me know that it's in the cap of the cleaning solution bottle! So check there if you think yours is missing too.Confusion aside, I really like this kit. When I was shopping, it seemed like most other kits were short an item or two, while this one has everything and more. The brushes feel high quality and the bottle of cleaning solution was much larger than I expected. One thing I really appreciate is the label cover, to protect it from overspray. I probably don't need the mitts to hold the records, but they are really high quality, so I'll keep them around, in case I change my mind. They're not just paper, like I expected. They're lined with a solt felty material.I've only tried everything on one record so far, and I cleaned the stylus. This album had been skipping badly so I stopped playing it for a long time. Now it's listenable again. Very happy with my purchase :)
