Works well to attach to my microphone stand and to hang a fiddle on it. Makes it very handy.

I like this little violn hanger for clamping to a studio monitor stand in my bedroom. Keeps my violin close and ready for action whenever motivation strikes!

I recently purchased a violin hanger that can be fastened onto a music stand, iPad stand, or microphone stand, and I'm quite satisfied with it. The hanger is small, lightweight, and easy to transport. Once secured to my music stand (as shown in the pictures), it stays firmly in place and provides a sturdy hold for my violin. However, there is room for improvement. The bow hook could be better designed to prevent the bow from hitting or leaning against the violin. Additionally, a neck protection lock would be a valuable addition for extra security. Overall, the violin hanger offers great convenience and stability, making it a worthwhile investment. I hope the manufacturer considers these improvements to enhance the product further.

This is a handy and practical accessory for a music stand. It is easy to install and fit both my large stand that I keep in my home and the portable stand that I take to practice. It's robust, stays securely in place and holds my viola perfectly. I would recommend to a friend.

This does exactly as intended to be a functional mount. While my use case isn't for a violin but a guitar hero controller this still works well! The clamp force is sufficient enough to hold a decent amount of weight and is really easy to adjust in terms of height and angle.Overall, if you need a place to hold anything with a tapered neck this might do the job for you. I use it daily and love the fact that I don't need to place my controller on the floor or in some temporary space.Hope the insight helps, cheers! :^)

So many concerts that just hanging the violin by the scroll worked, but scared the X outa me when we had to stand up. This is an amazing thing that I wish existed 30yrs ago. While this clamps well to the table next to the console good enough, it does hold better to the stand neck. The arms freely turn with some resistance that holds well in whatever position, but clamping to the table has enough pressure to flex the frame. Depending on the desk, screw up works better than down, just to save some of you time. Just don't forget that it's there as it really hurts against the elbow.Yes, that scroll is blue. No, you cannot get one. Yes, it's electric. No, this review is about the hanger.

I used this for my soprano ukulele. The width is a bit tight but easily adjustable. Mounts almost anywhere. Well made too!

I teach fiddle lessons online, and I wanted to put my violin into some kind of inobtrusive holder next to me in between lessons rather than laying it on my usually cluttered desk. This perfectly meets my needs. It clamps onto the edge of my desk where I can reach it easily. It seems to be well-made. The clamp is padded well so that it does not mar my desk, and it could also clamp onto a music stand or mic stand. I'm also happy that it provides a peg for hanging my bow next to my fiddle.
