It fit great. Tested it in my garage then went for a ride and it stopped working it broke on the first ride. I guess that's what I get for half price.

Bolted on and plugged right in easily. Wire length was quite a bit longer than stock so had to stuff a roll of wire somewhere in the frame. Has worked fine so far with around 30 hours of high load and high temp riding.

One of the two plugs did not match the original on my 2000 DRZ 400 (kick start model). So, I spliced on the original plug using quality, heat shrink connectors.Bike started and ran great before install, just had very low accessory voltage. After installing this, the bike will not even start. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

Yeah, this is working fine on my 2008 DRZ400. I've only had it a few weeks but I get good voltage readings coming to my battery. It plugged right in the same as the original.
