サバゲーでしか使用していないが、性能としては申し分なしT1系統はいろいろなメーカーが出しており、実銃対応であれば基本的に性能に大きな差異はないため、最終的には見た目が一番重要だと思われ、こちらはメーカーロゴの主張が激しくなくシンプルな見た目がとても良い気になるところと言えば、スイッチが0→11方向に動かない点（降順、昇順の一方通行）屋外で使用する場合光量は大き目になりがちなので、少し手間である

The Vortex Crossfire II has been a great red dot for me and the two firearms that I have them mounted on. I am a huge fan of Vortex, as they are the optics that sit on top all my firearms that have any kind of optic on them. My first (Crossfire II) I purchased for my Mossberg 590, and it works great with Buck Shot and Slugs out to 25 yards. That is due more to the improved cylinder choke. The second was for my Century Arms BFT47 with a rear sight rail mount, both work and function great and there is no recoil issues with either. The hold zero and also remain vigilant to the recoil of the 12 gauge and the 7.62x39mm. Also you cant beat the lifetime warranty.

Habe das Rotpunktvisier auf meinem Anschlagschaft für meine 9mm montiert.Der Rotpunkt ist klar und sauber zu erkennen. Benutze es für 25m Scheiben schießen und Fallscheibe. Hatte es nach 8 Schüssen auf meine Waffe eingeschoßen. Für diesen Preis eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Hoffe es bleibt mit lange erhalten.

This is an awesome budget red dot. There are several red dots like this one on the market made by other manufacturers. However, this is the only one that I know of with a lifetime warranty like vortex’s. It was very easy to sight in and would not hesitate to buy another one.

An amazing sight. The build quality is rock solid. Has variable levels of brightness for different environments. Vortex has an amazing warranty in case this sight gets shot out. The battery access and windage adjustments are easy and quick to do. It has held zero after abuse, and the lens are resistant to damage. Absolutely love this product and will purchase other things from the brand in the future. Are there better optics out there? Yes. But do any of them come close to this for the price point? Not even close. If you showed me this sight and i'd never seen it before, I would guess it would be 3-4x the price it actually is.

Functions and works great on my carbine ... obviously, you should use a dab of blue loctite on any optic mounting screw. Hold true and is quality. Comes with high mount for AR style firearms and low mount for scout rails common on SOCOM 16. Love the light range of the red dot ... personally, when running a PVS14 NVG , I prefer the level 1 NV setting, bit NV 2 setting is great for early dawn/disk. I am primarily a pig hunter , thus the importance of NV compatibility.

I won't say great "budget" red dot. I won't say "good for the money". That implies that you're giving up quality for price, and that's something I won't do. I will, however say that if you're looking for a tough, no frills, quality red dot, this one is for you. I wanted a red dot that could stand the rigors of being mounted to a defensive 12 gauge, and I wanted something that was free of gimmicks and unnecessary doodads.There are similar red dots out there, but nothing could sway me from the Vortex name. Owning a Vortex Strikefire II already, I've dealt with their customer service a few times, and let me tell you, nobody stands behind their product more than Vortex. When you have quality optics like this and incredible customer service to back it up, there's no other choice as far as I'm concerned.PROS: No frills quality optic Will withstand shotgun mounting Two mounts included - so if I want to go from AK platform to AR platform, no problem Vortex name Small and unobtrusive Wet conditions are no problemCONS: Brightness control is a bit hard to turn, and it must be turned somewhere between zero and eleven when you want to use it. It does not go from eleven back to zero with one click. Further, it does not feature activation when it senses movement. You either turn it on, leave it on, or turn it off. I don't see this making a difference because I don't foresee needing a red dot if somebody kicks my bedroom door in.This red dot is perfect for my needs, and you cannot go wrong with the Vortex name.Side note - I do have astigmatism. All red dots look like they're more of a line than a dot. People with better eyesight than mine tell me it's a nice, crisp dot.

Great first red dot. It’s simple to install and easy to use. I love the price and would recommend this product to friends buuuuutttt with that being said I do kind of wish I would have just saved up a little bit more money and got a better red dot.It would be nice to have it auto turn on and off. It would also be nice to have longer battery life.I also feel like the first 5 brightness notches are completely useless. Idk when I would ever use those setting because I can’t even see the dot in the dark on 5 and below.I didn’t think turning the dial to turn it on would bother me but it actually does and I feel a little paranoid about the battery being dead when I go to use it.

Awesome red dot from Vortex! Really easy to operate with dial. Dot is crisp and easy to see (I have it on 6-7 out of 11). This RDS also sports 2 night vision settings which is the 1st 2 settings on the red dot as well which is awesome if you're wanting to mount a night vision magnifier additional optic. This product comes with Vortex's VIP warranty that's lifetime (go see on Vortex's website for more info) which is awesome if the RDS ever craps out on you, they can replace/fix it. Overall VERY happy with this RDS and would highly recommend to others as well.
