Fits good on my 01 Golf Tdi. Just a heads up, you may have to put the bottom of it in a bag and put it in hot water for a few minutes for it to slip on right. Other than that, put a little muscle on and wiggle it and it will clip in right.

It does fit but like someone else says pulls off easily from the engine, yet the fit for top of the dipstick is remarkably tight. I barely push mine in so it won’t get stuck

Has been in my TDI for a couple months now and is a fine replacement for the stock one that crumbled on me one day. Seems to be just high enough quality to outlast the rest of the car.

Works great so far. It was hard to get it to lock in. Make sure everything is clean. I used a torch to heat it up a bit and it went right on. If you don't feel comfortable using a torch just use some hot water, put the end of the tube inside a plastic bag and dip it in the hot water. This way you won't get water into your oil. It should lock right in after heating it a bit.

I expected this thing to break or not fit well and that I would have to replace it soon after I bought this one... to my surprise, it's still holding on really well. I'm super pleased about it.

installed easy, fits fine, but the pointer for the dip stick is about a half a spline off from the dip stick. Doesn't bother me, but if you are OCD, this could be an issue!
