For the money, I wasn’t sure what to expect. This product exceeded our expectations. We took them out of the box, unfolded them, and put them in the bathtub hot water. Once everything started to relax we started to straighten everything out. We pulled them out, dried them off and installed them which took about 10 minutes total! These are over $200 each from our local appliance shop and online. For the money, these were worth the gamble and they definitely paid off. No creases, the magnets are strong and they fit like a glove. Cheers!

These gaskets are a good after-market replacement for OEM gaskets. They fit well, and seem to be well-made. They aren't quite as heavy as the originals, but they do seem to have the magnet strip embedded in them for closure. For the price, they are a very good replacement for my original gaskets.

I have no understanding of how this might work for others. I followed the instructions to relax it after being bound up in the box and wrinkled - it has zero suction - absolutely nothing. Will not stay closed AT ALL.

I liked how easy it was to install. Very straightforward. However, they ship it in a square box so you can imagine it has to be folded/twisted to fit. The instructions say to apply low heat like with a blow dryer to restore its shape, but as long as I worked with it, it stayed creased and wrinkled. Only got marginally better. The original gaskets had stronger magnets and you had to put a little effort in it to open the doors. Not so with these. Sometimes I push them closed again to make sure they’re really sealing. But I don’t feel any cold air leaking anywhere at all so I think they’re doing their job…

Good quality and very easy to install, however gasket arrives folded so allow gasket to relax laying on a flat surface preferably in a warm environment for a few hours before installation.

I was very worried about placing this order as the price was less than half of what Whirlpool had quoted me for the same piece. Although maybe not a genuine Whirlpool part this door gasket seems to work just as the original did. It was extremely easy to install and we loved the price as well! We did let the gasket lay flat in the mild sun for about 2 days before installing to make sure it didn't have any kinks or bumps in it. That seemed to work perfectly and installation was a breeze. No bumps and we are back to a working door gasket once again.
