Only used it for a total of I think about six months. I shelved it for a bit to use a different one, and set it up for my bluey, but for some reason it shorted and will no longer power on. When it works its perfect, but no idea why it suddenly failed on me.

I had an issue with my temperature sensor and humidity sensor but they replaced it very quickly and I've been running it daily and I've had no issues highly recommend this

I've had the humidifier for several months now. It performed well, keeping the humidity in my plant cabinet within the range I set. It was water efficient and could last quite a while without attention. This product would have been perfect for me, however after 4 months the humidity sensor has stopped working properly. It constantly reports the wrong humidity, and I've verified by placing a standalone hygrometer next to the sensor. This stops the humidifier from functioning and it will rarely turn on to keep the humidity within the set range. There's no way to force it to run without the sensor, and I haven't been able to get a replacement.

I’ve had this humidifier for a while now, and it’s been pretty consistent for me. I’ve had it running in my enclosure constantly, and have never run into any issues. I’ve had it power off unexpectedly before, but then when I looked closer I also noticed that it was just out of water. Once I filled it back up and restarted it, it was completely fine. I noticed that if it’s out of water for a bit (like overnight) it will be just off when I look at it again. I just added visually checking the water level to my rotation before bed and it’s fine. The container makes it easy to see the water level at a distance too, so you can just look at the container and tell where the water is at without messing with the device. It’s a little difficult to clean, but I’ve noticed that most variations are. The top pour option of this was the selling point for me, and I’ll probably never go back. It’s so easy to refill or top off, and that makes it so much easier for me to use and maintain. I’ve not had any issues with inconsistent humidity monitoring or maintenance, or anything like that. In my opinion it’s been worth it for the price, and I’ve been able to figure out anything that’s come up for me pretty easily.

Before I bought this I bought a 3 disc & 5 disc ultrasonic foggers and made my own setups with Inkbird humidity & temperature meters. This reptile fogger I bought was just as a backup if one of the others failed. Well, I decided to set up another martha tent in the basement to fruit some of my gormet mushroom blocks using this fogger. 1st problem I noticed was that the tube that hooks to the top for the mist doesn't connect properly. I don't know how many times I checked the tent to see the tube either popped off or it wriggled sideways. It needs to be taped down. The length of it is very short as well. 2nd problem was that the seam between where the clear water reservoir and the black part with the buttons has a really bad leak. Mist just pushes out the side of this thing. So I had to just put the whole thing inside the tent. 3rd problem is that the humidity and temperature reading on this fogger and off by a lot from my Inkbird meters. So if accuracy is important for whatever you need to use this for, don't buy this. 4th problem was that when I finally got everything set up and working in the evening and went to bed. I woke up to see that it stopped working. The water was still full and I could hear a buzzing noise but there was no mist. I got ONE single night of use out of this thing and I paid $60 + tax. They must have put a used ceramic disc in there that was about to break or something. Looking online at the cost to replace just the discs is a ripoff, and unlike some other sellers, this didn't come with extra discs. Save yourself the money and either find a better product or make your own fogger.

I added this to my Chinese incubator and with a little tinkering, it worked like a charm. Well worth the investment to not have to top up reservoirs 4x daily. Those who know will understand. Not only did this addition make my life a lot simpler during hatches, but it increased my hatch rate from around 60% to upwards of 75%.

So review is for my second one but I would like to first point out the seller was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating.I use this for my 3x3 plant tent.Using the application was pretty straight forward and easy and the setup was even easier. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC inside before assembling.One of the best foggers i've used. Keeps my plants happy and healthy and the environment of my 3x3 at a consistent humidity which is amazing but it didn't come with its own hiccups.upon receiving the device and setting it up everything ran well. around after 3 weeks of constant use, I noticed it started to produce less fog and eventually it stopped. I eventually fixed it by dumping the water out and fixing the fan at the bottom but the fog wasn't as strong as before. Turns out when you dump the water out WITHOUT removing the top, the fan gets a little wet and it stops it from spinning. Unfortunately the fan stopped working all together but the seller was able to send me a replacement fan which in my opinion works even better than the first time!Make sure to separate the top clear portion from the bottom part and dump them SEPARATLY to make sure the water doesn't go in the fan and use a Q-TIP to clean the heating plate in the engine. DEF worth the price in my opinion!

After few weeks the humidity sensor stopped working temp ok but can't get replacement part connected Amazon and they offered 20 pounds refund but the fogger does not work with sensor broken so it cost me another unit from different suppliers not good can't contact the main people who supplied it not too happy

I started with one of these, as the reviews seemed to be 50/50/ Got the first one, and it runs and performs PERFECT. Seriously, for any reptile that needs a higher humidity than house humidity, this is awesome. I tested the dry run and all works fantastic. I went ahead and ordered 2 more units, same out come. Finally, ordered a fourth unit, and it did not function. But....I received the replacement without questions, and was provided a return label for the defective unit!

I too am using it to fruit mushroom blocks in a tub. At first I had the humidity sensor too near the bottom of the tub and the allowable humidity set a bit high. This resulted in the error message H.H. which was difficult to recover the unit from at first. I started to work out the HH was related to where the humidity sensor is positioned...I found it is best positioned near the top of the tub where it can get the maximum variation in humidity. Also I reduced the maximum humidity level as the humidity tends to drift up after the mist fan turns off.After almost sending it back, having worked out the importance of sensor position and humidity settings the machine has been working all afternoon and into this evening. I'll keep it running overnight.Mushrooms seem to be already starting to pin😁
