True to size & a bit stretchy. I’m between a L and XL! I weigh 18pounds And 5’6 tall. I ordered a Large. Squeezed into it and used the 2nd rows of brackets so I don’t overwear the tightest ones! 😊💪 I feel good in this. It came in the mail and I immediately put it on. Now I will take my pre work out and get my sweat on!!!

The item does work very well when working out! You will sweat, I just wish I had ordered a bigger size.

Adds a bit of extra to your work out in the form of sweat. The material isn’t that durable, so anticipate to get a few months out of it. The zippers are strong and the suit itself stays put under clothes. It goes on easy and doesn’t roll up

You can make every workout more effective with this sauna band set. You will sweat more and by adding something like Abolene, you will sweat waaaaaay more. I used to wrap myself in food wrap and that would bunch up, ride up, roll under but with these bands, there's none of that. This is a must for everyone who is working out for weight loss. It will help you see the progress you're making on the outside much, much faster!

I have to say this set is really cool, it makes me look like a very professional gym goer and it basically wraps around most of my workout area. folds up When I feel too hot, I can fold it up.

Easy to use just put it on and work out, walk, sit in the heat. It helped me sweat to help me lose 52 lbs so far. Great price. And works well. The arms were a little too tight but everything else fit perfectly and is comfortable which many are not.

Diese Produkt Hab ich neue gekauft ,ist nicht schlecht, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich damit abnehmen kann für Winterzeit ist sehr angenehm. warm ,Ich habe erst einmal mit Hand gewaschen und dann angehabt ,die Qualität ist gut , wenn die Hose Reißverschluss gehabt hätte ,hätte besser funktioniert , auf dem Größe acht geben. Meine Größe ist XL ،ich hab aber Frühstück XXL bestellt und das passt besser.
