For a waist training in this price range, it has a lot to offer.Responsibly sourced material is an ethical plus.The sizing was fairly spot on although I wish that it was a little taller as I have a lengthier torse.Velcro will hold for many years, and the stitching will definitely hold strong.After a 45-minute session on the treadmill, I measured the temperature of my abdomen with a laser temp gauge.To my amazement, my skin was 5 degrees warmer in the area under the trainer.I experienced no lingering skin irritation, but I haven't tried the Sweat Heat gel yet that I have left over from a different trainer I bought years ago. Good value for the money.

Honey this gives me a water fall workout. I’m sweating in my mid section and shedding those pounds. Fits comfortably and easy to wash.

I didn’t get this specifically to sweat away my waist. I got this to help with back and abdominal support—partly to remind myself of posture during workouts and it works really well. The Velcro/hook and loop closure is strong and the belt stays where you put it. I FO sweat with this, which is what it’s designed for.

This waist trainer is easily the best I’ve used so far. The size is great—I’m 5’9” and 180 lbs, and it covers from my hip bones to my ribs. Unlike smaller waist trainers that bunch up or roll, this one stays in place no matter how I move.The Neo-Sweat Technology actually works. I've used waist slimmers/trainers before, and so far I think this is the best that I have used. Primarily, the reason is the size but also the type of velcro used.The "height" of the belt is very good. I am 6'1'' and it essentially covers from my hip bones to my ribs. The product picture itself doesn't really give off that impression (in my opinion,) but it is important to know how big it is. For me, that's very good, as smaller waist slimmers I've used bunch up and fold in on themselves because of the body's flex points in the stomach area. Because of the size, this belt doesn't do that.Additionally, it is nice that the inside is made of a rubbery type of material. This aids in forcing sweat/retaining heat. It is also easy to clean because of the material. It seems about 50/50 that other waist trainers have this material, and in my opinion, it is very important for the function of sweat and heat vs. just a waist slimming belt. This one is more functional.Lastly, I have been avoiding waist trimmers with velcro for a while. Too often, it snags and picks up threads/"fuzz" and becomes ineffective, leading it to lift a little and provide even more snags. I previously preferred belts with zippers because of how secure the zippers were (no slipping) and because I wouldn't need to worry about snags. This belt's velcro is still there, but it is a little different. The flap that covers the hook/rough part of the velcro is very thin in a good way. It allows the velcro to lay very flat with the belt and provide a good, flush "seal." Because of that, I am not worried about snags. Belts where there is no change for the velcro area tend to lift off the belt, which puts extra strain on the velcro, wears it out faster, and exposes more of the hook part leading to snags.I would absolutely recommend this belt to anyone looking to provide some extra heat and concentration on the stomach area during workouts.
