They were fine at first, not highwaisted. Got them for my boyfriend and he wore them 3 times before the whole croch of it ripped.

Product, besides the front right pocket zipper, seems to be well made. The cap over the zipper that holds the handle on broke off the first time I put the pants on and tried to pull it down to open the pocket. The left front and fly zippers both seem to have an extra set of dimples that keep them connected to the main zipper part. So guessing this is one zipper that slipped through QC.All the other parts seem well sewn, fit well, and no extra straggling threads or defects that I can see. Being that it is just the right front pocket zipper and it has a Velcro flap over that, I don’t think it will be an issue. I won’t be doing jumps and somersaults on the ski slopes, so not expecting to lose anything out of my pockets. With the available cargo pockets, I have places to put my wallet and phone.Waist band is stretchy enough that even after a big turkey dinner I should be fine in them. And plenty of extra length to cover the boots well without them being too much dragging on the ground. Will test them out with my first time in the snow in about 4-5 weeks. Giving it a 4 as the zipper is a minor thing and doesn’t ruin the usability of it as I was likely going to unzip them and never zip them back up again. If I find any other defects I will adjust the rating and update this post. But for now, they seem to be the budget friendly ski pants I needed for a beginner snow adventure. Might upgrade in the future if other ski trips come up as I learn what gear works and what doesn’t.

I bought these for my 23 year old son, who downhill skis. He’s very aggressive and these ski pants have lasted him two years now. They keep him warm and dry, and they have held up to his abuse. They are easy to wash.

Such poor quality first pair button was ripped right off second pair wore for the first time and the zipper broke unfortunately didn’t use for a month after I bought them and now can’t return them so I am out the money buyer beware do not buy these

Loved the pants at first and fit pretty well. Great look and very warm. But after 1 day using on the ski slopes the inseam ripped from front zipper to the back seam and down both legs. NOT DURABLE construction.
