The color of this coat is absolutely gorgeous, and the material is thick and warm. I sized up and got a large and it fits me perfectly, and I'm 5'2.. I love that it goes just past the bum. Great find

This jacket was a gift to my daughter, and she loves it! It fits her perfect and the color brings out her beautiful blue eyes. Just in time for the winter months to come. Nice quality and fabric.

I went skiing for the first time, and I loved this jacket! Its so sexy and it fit very well, doesn't look oversized or thick but it is also very warm. The black and white compliments the shape of the jacket.

I live Northen New York just off the great lakes.I bought this jacket and 2 others to try out..all within about $10 of each other and one the same brand but different style. This jacket won because it had the best overall fit and all the important features of a ski jacket. I'm 5'9, 200lbs and a fluffy/athletic build. I was shoveling snow this weekend in 8* and windy with fleece lined pants, a long sleeve tech shirt, and this jacket (socks and boots too), and I was perfectly warm!!! I even began to sweat after a little while. This jacket is absolutely perfect for the price it is..WAY cheaper than the name brand jackets but has the same or better quality. The only thing I would change is adding a chest or sleeve pocket, and the wrist/thumb holes are a little snug. Other than that it's phenomenal!

I bought the women's version of my hubby's jacket, but he has a chest pocket on the outside for his lift ticket, small items, etc. This is not on the women's version of the coat. The inside chest pocket is small and difficult to zip - many times I had difficulty zipping the pocket as the toggle on the zipper is very small and the zipper got caught on the fabric. I would like this coat more if it was similar in function as the mens. Too late to exchange it, though.

I am very tall, so my first concern with any coat is “Will it fit?” I was very pleased when the sleeves of a size large coat came all the way down past my wrists. Several reviews mentioned the coat looking dumpy or bulky. I wouldn’t use the word “dumpy” but the coat lacks the sleek fit of higher-end brands. Other than the bulky torso, all the features of the coat (snow skirt, adjustable hood, drawstring hem) provide an excellent fit.My next concern with any coat is warmth. I live in the Midwest, so I was hoping for something warmer. This coat is fine for casual outdoor use, but does not have the toasty feel of it’s high-end counterparts. It is fine for freezing weather, but will need additional layers underneath for anything under 20 degrees. It is indeed waterproof as the description claims.I would highly recommend this coat for casual everyday winter wear, including amateur skiing and snowboarding, winter hiking, and playing in the snow with your kids. I would not recommend this coat for northern winter camping or survival situations due to its warmth level. I would also not recommend the coat for winter runners or joggers due to its slightly bulky fit.I wish I’d paid more for a warmer coat, but if you just want an overall good value, this is a great choice.

Love this jacket. It is made really well IMO. Love the soft inner extended sleeve with thumb holes. Now for the specs, I am 5'4" with an average torso, size 38 chest and i weigh 134lbs. I bought a size large.. The length of sleeves and overall jacket are perfect. Glad I bought a large because with a thin top (long sleeve tshirt) underneath i have a fair amount of wiggle room. When I put on an under armour cold gear top and a heavy sweater layered it fits with a lil wiggle room but not a lot. Received on a day it was 40 degrees out, with just a long sleeve tee under it it kept me warm...and I am always cold. Took a couple of seconds to figure out how to remove the hood, but once I did it comes off easily. The velcro and zipper are nicely hidden. Two outer pockets are zippered and roomy enough and there is a larger mesh concealed pocket on the inside of the jacket. I am comparing this jacket to my Columbia ski jacket and quality wise i say they are comparable, this jacket is a little more streamlined and fashionable than my Columbia. I love this jacket so much I may get it in the purple or white also.
