One of lamps is cute and functional however the other one fell apart as soon as I touched the top to remove the opening to add fuel - there is no way to get it to stay together as I’ve tried several times!

Je viens d’utiliser cette lampe pour voir et comme je m’entendais!!! Look d’époque et illuminé très bien lueur romantique et surtout plus tamisée que les lumières LED!! Jusqu’à présent très satisfait.

This is a nice lamp. The fount glass is solid, the globe is solid, the burner is ok, however, the wick adjustment is a bit squeaky but reliable. It uses a 3/4" wick and burns fine with paraffin based fuels although, a clean burning kerosene may be better according to some lamp experts. I have been lighting it nightly and so far, no issues.

This item arrived in a broken unusable condition, the top section or lamp area had become detached from the bottom (fuel storage section) and was held together by flimsy tin lugs I attemped to fix the problem but due to the poor quality metal used I was unable to do so. not all all the quality merchandice I am used to arriving from the USA... LOOKS LIKE PRIME CHINESE CRAP have returned the item (useless) !!........

Works OK if you use only kerosene. Clear lamp oil works poorly and will burn up your wick in short order as the wick can't feed the flame fast enough and it starts consuming the wick unless you run the lamp so dim that it's next to useless. Dashed my plans for emergency lamps and opted instead for cold blast lanterns which are brighter and work with clear lamp oil.
