I placed this fake wasp nest in my backyard, and it blends in so well with the surroundings. Its natural look makes it seem like it belongs there. I'm impressed with how it enhances the overall aesthetic.

I'm impressed by the durability of this product. After being exposed to sun, rain, and wind, it still looks great. Definitely a long - lasting item.

These hornet nests look pretty real at least to a human but wasps seem to know they are not. Hung these under my eve's since red wasps like to try to build nests under the eve's and in the gutter system. Has been a week and still see wasps flying and landing near these fake nests without a care. I have had to treat surfaces with pesticides to help prevent them building their nests since they have no effect it keeping them away. Maybe for other bees or wasps they work but not for the red wasps we have in Georgia.

I have used similar items to this in the past and they have worked pretty well... just put it outside and really wasps don't come near anymore, almost feels like magic.Just be sure that you secure it very well... it is light so it can be blown away by winds pretty easily, they are not hard to put together. Highly recommended.

They really do work! Hang these around porches, doors, or other hangout places to keep wasps away. They look so much better than using a crumpled up grocery bag.

I love these things.First thing - they actually work! I used to have a wasp / yellowjacket / hornet / whatever problem - I even found an absolutely massive but beautiful nest in my bushes once. The worst was they'd constantly build small ones under my soffits around the back deck. I started putting these up about three years ago and they work wonders - no issues since.I don't have an enormous back yard - I just sort of hang one every fifty yards or so? In areas that I tend to spend a lot of time. I *generally* put them up about now, maybe in another month or so (March / April / May ish). They actually are pretty sturdy and I *almost* get away with being lazy and leaving them up through the winter. January they're still going strong and then there's always some wind storm or just one last event too many that wipes them out - if I weren't lazy I'd probably have the original set they're so resilient. But yeah, recommend taking them down around Oct / Nov and putting them back out early spring.Easy to build (they just pop up and have a thin metal insert) and easy to store because they come flat. Only add on I'd recommend is I find it easier to use that really thin garden wire to attach them to branches or the soffits. It's pliable and lets you get them up much easier than trying to tie yarn. Just my two cents.

I have used similar wasp nest decoys in the past with great results, so I was excited to add these to my setup. They are lightweight, easy to hang, and look realistic enough from a distance to do the job. I put them around my house, near the deck, and on the edge of the woods to keep wasps and hornets from nesting too close. These seem well made, with a durable material that should hold up better than the paper versions I have used before. They collapse for easy winter storage, which is a big plus. One thing I always do is add a small weight to the bottom to keep them from blowing around too much in the wind. It helps them maintain their shape and look more like an actual nest.If you want a simple and natural way to keep wasps from moving in, these are worth trying. I will see how they hold up through the season, but so far, they are a great addition to my yard.

Just what I wanted. I got these to replace ones I used last season. Truly, paper hornet wasps and carpenter bees will NOT come around and create a nest or bore in wood if these are hanging in the vicinity. The are made of paper, which is fine, and maybe if taken down at the end of the summer, they would be okay for another year, but I truly don't might getting new ones each spring. These truly work to keep hornets and carpenter bees away from buildings.
