This system was a gift and is aesthetically appealing to look at. It fits easily under the sink , the water tastes good and the filters are easy to install. I give stars because the filters can't be recycled.

The filter is working great. Easy to install, and very practical. Just don't forget to reset you filter display to stop beeping(by pressing the corresponding buttonper 5 sec).

Love my filtration system, super easy to change the filters and so thoughtfully designed! They even come with spring-loaded valves to help from water leaking all over when taking them out old filter! Turning off the water is not required and the water filtration system even includes a purge filter timer, to let you know how long to run the water to get rid of carbon fines! Everything from installing to maintaining has been well thought out and made of excellent quality! As you can tell I'm a very happy customer and I've been using this same filtration system for over 2 years now with no problems. Thanks waterdrop for making an outstanding product at a reasonable price, in a sea of competitors that cut corners on quality!

We purchased this filter set three years ago when remodeling our kitchen. Our local water tastes okay but we saw an amazing difference when we added the new filter system.We did not use the above-sink dispenser that came with the unit, but purchased a unit that would match our faucet set. It was easy enough to hook up and the quick-change filters and alarm system keep our water pristine.

Packed well, and 2 day delivery once shipped. Just hope they continue to offer them. Seems every water filter system I buy, within a couple of years they quit selling filters for them. Though waterdrop... So far, so good. Connected to municipal supply, these filters really do their job. Water tastes great! Makes great coffee, and peace of mind cooking with it.
