Step 1: Soak the Filter
After taking out the filter, please soak it into cold tap water for 10 mins to activate it.
Step 2: Clean the Pitcher
Wash a pitcher, a lid and a reservoir with a mild detergent and flush them with water. DO NOT wash them with a dishwasher or an abrasive cleanser.
Step 3: Install and Clean
Firmly press the filter into the reservoir to form a tight seal; discard the first two pitchers of filtered water or use it to water plants.
Step 4: Activate the Indicator
Hold the button for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes to activate the indicator. Monitor the filter status as you pour water out.

I bought this beautiful water filter pitcher almost 5 years ago and it's worked perfectly until I accidntally broke the piece that opens the space where you replace the battery. I didn't want to replace the whole pitcher so I wrote Waterdrop's customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement lid. I heard back from Harper in a few hours and after answering a few questions (order number and model number) she placed an order to send me a brand new pitcher for no cost to me! I received the pitcher in 2 days! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Will be buying all my water filter products from Waterdrop from here on out. Thanks!!

This is a great looking filter pitcher. The wooden handle is comfortable. The jug itself is well made. I have been using it for a month now. The water taste good. My kettle hasn’t had any limescale build up since using the water from this pitcher.I had a small issue with the filter and contacted the Waterdrop Customer Services. They helped me out and I was up and running again within no time. I would highly recommend this product and this brand as the customer service is outstanding.

Great tasting but only after more than two flushes, which is recommended. Fast filtering and super fast pour. However, I can't fill it all the way 'cause it's tooo heavy, at least 10 lbs when full, not even kidding. That weight is a lot for the not so ergonomically designed, though pretty, wooden handle, and the filter takes up a lot of real estate. Overall happy with it, and so are my biceps!!! LOL

I was using a Britta water filter for many years. I'm finding the Waterdrop far superior. Even though NYC has very clean water I still prefer to filter water from the tap. I love the large wood handle and button on top that lets you know when you have to change the filter. The filter drains very quickly and it easily fits into the top shelf of my refrigerator. I measured my shelf before buying to check. There is an opening at the top that makes it extremely easy to fill which I have been doing almost every day. I highly recommend this water filter. The water is clean, pure, free of any chemicals and tastes absolutely delicious.

UPDATE:WaterdropDirect, the sellers I purchased from, reached out to me and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend them!!! Impeccable customer service, the best ever! A++++++++++++!! Did I say how much I absolutely love this perfectly designed pitcher with the comfortable handle and circular top that ingeniously opens and closes on its own for a quick refill without you having to take out or put back anything?!! SUPER convenient. And the spout cover is secured to the top and never falls out. All the different Brita pitchers were always laborious to refill and the spout covers always popped out and broke eventually. Definitely give this Waterdrop brand and especially the aforementioned sellers a chance. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!!!!Original review:I'm not the biggest fan of the taste of water from this filter. It's not bad, just different. I love the taste of distilled water and gravitate towards filters that make water taste along those lines like Brita. Those who dislike the taste of distilled water and prefer spring water will love this though. Waterdrop does filter water very quickly compared to Brita. I love that. They also have the PERFECT jug too! Easy to use, beautifully designed, durable, etc. In fact, Brita's jugs are why I decided to try this for a change. Unfortunately, Waterdrop's filter doesn't last as long, contrary to their claim. I'm a single person and in 4 months, the light is already red for changing. I don't even drink the recommended daily amount either. Brita lasts me a lot longer before the light changes. It's worth noting that Brita's estimated time is for families not a single person so I was surprised when this Waterdrop filter already needed changing.

I love this pitcher. Not only is it easy to replace the filters, but the pitcher is great! I was originally concerned if the handle would be secure, but it is. It is very sturdy. The lid is also great as it stays securely in place when I am pouring water. With my last pitcher, I had to always hold the lid down when I was pouring water. So this pitcher is a very nice change! The replacement filters are also a lot cheaper than my last pitcher. Great Pitcher!

I've tried many different water pitchers over the years and this is my favorite so far. It's designed well and built well. It's super easy to fill up, especially since there's no need to remove the lid to do so. Water moves through the filter very quickly compared to other pitchers, and it holds more water than most other brand pitchers. I'm constantly drinking water myself, or filling up my children's water bottles and I have zero complaints. Great product!

FINALLY! A water pitcher with a design that is practical and makes sense! FINALLY a pitcher that has a lid that does not fall off easily when I pour! FINALLY a handle that feels sturdy and doesn't feel like it can barely handle the weight when full. I LOVE the design. I also appreciate that the filter doesn't have to sit in the water (something that I have never understood). The solid wooden handle makes it look pricier. I have no idea if this thing only looks good. But hey I had no proof that the others did as advertised either. This one filters a lot faster. I don't know it that is a plus or a minus. I just got it and haven't drunk a drop yet! But I already like it much better than the ones that I have paid a lot more for. I sure hope that it lives up to the others and lives up to the design.
