The pitcher worked very well for filtering however, the dispenser broke due to the pressure from the spring. At that point the whole thing is garbage. I wish the pitcher could be ordered without the dispenser knob. I won’t buy another pitcher for this reason.

A little heavy when filled but the water taste is excellent and free of chemicals

Very easy to use, just follow instructions. Wish filters cost less but still cheaper than bottled Fuji water. Water is clean clear and no aftertaste

I love my ZeroWater pitcher. The water tastes like fresh well water and I know it’s chemical free.

I bought these through amazon (I usually purchase them elsewhere) because they were on discount but I noticed it had a weird taste for around 5-6 full fill-ups. I tested it after the first fill up using the zero water PPM detector and it was reading 0.10 ppm when it should read 0.00 as a new filter. Ill stick to the places where I've bought them before which I've never had the issue with taste or incomplete filtration in the past. 2 stars.

Our well water is perfectly drinkable, however when used in things like our ice machine or pet water dishes, after awhile, it leaves an orange residue. Being able to filter the water with this before adding it to those things keeps them much cleaner for longer. and according to its little tester it cleaned the water down to 0ppm. We go through a lot of water constantly filling those things plus water for ourselves sometimes, and I still havent had to change a filter yet. Great deal that this came with two additional ones. Considering how long they last, they're worth the price for sure.I also love that this has the option to pour and has a spicket. though the spicket does not pour smoothly and makes a mess. when filling a water bottle or something with it, we use a little funnel. Also water filters in under 10 minutes, so its very quick to fill the entire pitcher only need like 2.5 fills to fill completely.

We are building a house in the mountains and just dug a well that has not been tested for microorganisms or minerals yet. While we are working on the construction we are living out of a Pop-up tent and need safe drinking water. I trust Zero Water to do the job. The "before" filtering number is 103 and after is zero - as we expected. The 12-cup pitcher is just the right size for our needs for two people. Filtering is fast enough, we are never without the water we need.

BEFORE water is poured into the ZeroWater unit in our house, it has already been filtered twice - once by an in-line filter installed in the basement that feeds the refrigerator, then by the refrigerator, and measures 141 on the supplied tester. After only 25 days, at approximately 36 cups/day, the first filter went from 0 to over 400 on the tester overnight. Is that right?? A little over 56 gallons per filter? That "seems" a little weak and is the only reason I only gave 4 stars. If that is standard, reply and let me know... or if the replacements do better, I'll change to 5 stars
