I wI would have deducted one star for this item due to a misidentified feature of the apron. The description states that this item is "Leather Aprons for Dishwashing, Lab, Butcher, Cooking, etc." However, buried in the "About this Item" section, a more detailed description mentions, "Kitchen, Barbecue, and then πͺππ§ππ₯π£π₯π’π’π & π’ππ-π₯ππ¦ππ¦π§ππ‘π§. Made from high-quality waterproof vinyl, this apron repels liquids, oils, and stains, making it suitable for cooking, dishwashing, BBQs, gardening, and pet grooming. Stay protected without worrying about spills or messes." I wish sellers would correct these mistakes, as I feel misled by them.That being said, this is a five-star product! The apron is durable, heavy-duty, and water-resistant, featuring extra-long tie-backs and an adjustable neck strap. For added convenience, there is a zippered pocket at the top front of the apron. This heavy-duty apron is excellent not only for cooking but also for various tasks like dishwashing, lab work, butchering, and barbecuing. The vinyl-based leather-looking material makes it more durable and waterproof than traditional fabric aprons, though it is heavier and stiffer. Cleaning is easy, and the front pocket adds convenience, providing a handy spot to store a smartphone or other small items. Overall, itβs a rugged, functional apron that offers excellent protection, especially for messy or wet tasks.

This review is for the Buatacme Waterproof Apron, Heavy Duty Extra Long Rubber Vinyl Apron with Pocket for Men, Adjustable Dishwasher Chemical Resistant Aprons for Dishwashing, Cooking, Butcher, Lab, Gardening. I like everything about this apron with its length and pocket and water and chemical resistant properties, but have found that the ties, though generously sized, are stiff, slick, and do not stay tied. I plan to add a different closure, whether this will be a buckle, Velcro, a D-ring and a hook, or a combination of those, Iβm not yet sure. In my initial 2-hour wearing, I probably had to re-tie the straps at least four times. I tried both traditional bows and a tie loop (no idea if it has a name) that I frequently use with other aprons. When working with saws or other machinery, the straps coming loose could be critical. I like the apron though, and my phone fit easily in the pocket, where it was protected. I wish there were pockets lower on the apron too, though.

Well, you're not expecting a leather Aspirin for the price, right? This vinyl apron is kind of medium-weight, which is perfect. It's heavy enough to hang freely down and stay in place. The strings seem to be good quality and they're extra long. I'm a big guy, and I can pull the strings all the way back around to the front to tie.It's waterproof, of course, and will protect you from all kinds of Gun around the grill or in the kitchen. One of the things I really like is that the smooth texture is easy to clean with a wet rag or sponge, so you don't need to worry about putting it in the washing machine.If this one wears out, I would definitely buy a replacement. I don't want to give the seller any ideas, but it's worth more than the current asking price.

I got this for my new hobby of leatherworking, my old hobby of painting acrylic and also for durability in the garage to keep my nice day clothes from ending up like shop clothes. This worked out so well, and was super low cost too just had to pick it up. It's like faux leather like on most couches, and car seat covers and gamer chairs. While I have some water-resistant aprons, I don't have any waterproof aprons, which is why I wanted to try this "Buatacme Waterproof Apron." I like how large and long that this apron is as well as how it fits everyone in my household thanks to the adjustable tie at the back as well as the neck strap.I frequently lean against the kitchen sink when doing dishes by hand, and always end up needing to change shirts after because of water over-spray when I'm in a hurry. This is perfect for preventing that problem and making this task just a little more pleasant.The fake leather apron has a rather awkward zippered pocket at the chest area and while I'm not sure what I'd use that for, I guess it's better than not having any pockets and maybe it will come in handy at some point. There are some fold wrinkles in the apron, but hopefully they will fall out over time and I don't think it's a big deal, but thought to mention it.While it's been too cold to grill outside lately, I think this would be terrific for using while grilling or BBQ-ing at some point. Also, because this apron gives me better coverage in the front than my water-resistant aprons, if I decide to fry any food that may splatter, I think that this would work better at protecting my clothes for that.I think that this apron has a lot of uses, such as when working with messy crafts and paints. I like how easy it is to wipe water right off of this without any soak-through. For those that tend to end up with a wet shirt when doing a large amount of hand washing dishes, this is certainly something to consider. Thanks for reading.
