Great for slipping into my swim tops. they have most of the padding at the bottom, which helps with the boost effect. I would have liked them to have a bit more padding not only at the bottom, but also more in a gradient effect from bottom to top, to help fill out my small bustline. They do cause my swim tops to take longer to dry out, but that is to be expected with the additional padding. Overall I am satisfied.

These are great and survived swimming and wearing all day. The one thing I would caution is that they are bigger than the flimsy type ones that come in your swimsuits, so they're more difficult to slip into a smaller spot.

The first thing to wear out with so many bathing suits is the cup inserts. This brings new life to those suits. It inserts and removes easily. It’s sturdy and comfortable and seems like it’ll last.

I LOVE these! They look much better than the regular swim top/ bikini top. They keep their form and add a lift. I think the best part is that they fill the entire area in the bikini top so you can’t actually see them or an outline of the under the material. Highly recommended!

I am a size C cup and these did nothing to help support me in my bathing suit. They may help girls with smaller breasts, but they did not work for me. I had to return them.
