Pros:The bra is soft and lightweight.The silicon inserts have a nice feeling to them, a good teardrop shape, and a good weight.Comes with a bra extender if needed.Bra straps are wide so they don't dig into the shoulders.Neutral:I ordered C cups but they sent me a size more similar to a D cup.The bra has little support and bounces because it is light weight material and has no wires. (Can be a pro or con)Cons:The silicon inserts seem fragile and do not have realistic looking skin texture.The forms can move around in the bra and end up sideways.Overall. Not a bad product but could be better. I do enjoy it very much though and it was a more affordable option for the time being.

This is so great for women who have had a double mastectomy due to cancer!! I ordered these and they are so natural and nice, i had to use an extender since the size C bra was a bit too small but it’s nice!

Dont have a pic of it or i would. Its actually a good quality silicone breast and bra. Just wish it would be a little tighter around the shoulders. Still gives that breast bounce when you walk.

I had meant to write this awhile ago, but I kinda forgot to. It's been several weeks since the start of my school year (which is just after I started wearing this regularly) and its been quite wonderful. It feels very realilistic and its quite durable. The only issues I've had with it is that it makes me overheat quite a bit during hot days (not really a fault of the product itself though, it does have silicone in the inserts) and I can't figure out how to get the inserts out of the pocket bra without potenally damaging them (at least thats what I'm worried about if I try to remove them). Also, the pockets themselves relitive to the inserts are quite large and the inserts just kinda fall over on their side. The very nice thing about this is that it does come with the inserts which meant that I didn't need to search around to find ones that would work, I apercciate that. I'm hoping that it will last till this years holidays which then I'll get something similar to this. (Post edit: I just got the inserts out and they are ok. Now that I know how to get them out, I can wash the bra. credit goes to the other reviews, especially the ones with pictures as I found from some of them that I did not actually assembled it right, oh well)

Pros:The silicone forms look natural, have a good weight and bounce and fit my frame perfectly. The fabric is soft and slick, comfortable to wear all day, nice wide easily adjustable straps and durable hook closure with included extension.Cons:The pockets on this bra do not hold the forms in place, so if you plan to wear this, you’ll need adhesive tape to attach them directly to your chest (note: I am a trans woman so I cannot speak for AFAB mastectomy patients). This issue was not apparent or clear from the item description and should be added to it. Additionally, the weight of the forms (B cup) tends to drag the front of the bra down and make the back ride up, so I am constantly readjusting the bra so I don’t look saggy. I guess the price was ok compared to some more expensive products, but I’m sure it is due to the lack of needed features. Learning experience for me: if you’re MTF trans, you’ll want what’s called a “pocket bra” which has pockets specifically designed to hold silicone breast forms.
