The latch doesn’t fit as tightly/securely as I would like it to. It stayed closed but seemed like it could easily get bumped and come undone.

Have only tried it in my pool so far, but works fine and is water tight. Bought this to go deeper in the ocean than the waterproof OE specs on the camera alone allow.

Latch comes undone wayyyy too easy so I took a file to it to make it sit a bit further down. That improved things some, but while I was filing the plastic latch down, I smelt the most toxic smell I've ever experienced from plastic. Knowing what I know now, definitely a no.

Took it to 60-70 ft diving and totally flooded my gopro. Spend the extra money on a real housing now that gopro Makes them now.

It seems my eagerness and excitement got the best of me, and now I have a case that's as useful as a snowplow in the Sahara. If only my enthusiasm for GoPro accessories matched my attention to product details! I have a GoPro 12 NOT a GoPro 11 miniOn the bright side, this case will make for an excellent reminder of the importance of checking product compatibility before hitting that 'buy' button. So, if you happen to be the proud owner of a GoPro 11 Mini (wink, wink), this waterproof case will be the perfect addition to your gear collection.As for me, I'll be over here, diligently double-checking model numbers that are compatible with future purchases. This was totally my mistake for ordering the wrong accessory.

As other have noted, this case seems to scratch easily, so you will want to make sure you're handling it accordingly. The case aligned as expected, and the buttons were usable, though you have to press quite a bit to get the GoPro to register. The latch on mine worked as expected, though it didn't feel as solid as the OEM protective housing units that I have dealt with the past.I hope this review helps you make an informed purchasing decision!

It worked as advertised and I didn't have any issues. I dunked it in water without the camera just to test how waterproof it was. It did not leak.

This waterproof housing fits my GoPro Hero 11 Mini perfectly. While I have not tested it in deep water, the case remained water tight when I tested it in about 12 inches of water in a bathtub. The mount aligns correctly with my other accessories (tripod, head strap, chest strap, etc.) and is secure. The case seems rugged enough. But I would be very careful about touching the part of the case that covers the GoPro lense. I'm certain one scratch would ruin future underwater pictures.
