great for hiking. Not too bulky and it holds a 24 oz water bottle very well. I like the 2 zippered compartments and just enough room for wallet, phone, an apple, etc. Excellent quality and great function. Belt doesn't slip and it snugs up nicely on my waist and stays put.

I'm smaller, but there are certainly plenty of people smaller than me. That said, it is hard to get the band sized down small enough. It has really long straps, and yes, I know you can cut them, but I'm afraid they will fray and ruin it. No fault of the belt, but if you have a half full water bottle, you'll certainly hear it bouncing around with every step. It does fit an Iphone and a glucose pack nicely.

Ordered this as a replacement for one I had for many years. I don't like that the water bottle is not an insulated slot, that there is no "hook" for your keys inside the zipper part and my phone doesn't fit in the zippered larger pocket. The straps to adjust, to keep tight, don't stay well, I draped the excess strap over and over to keep it tight. I will be keeping this, but looking for something that better fits what I need. In the mean time, it will do.

I wanted a hip pack to use when walking my dog. I wanted a water bottle for longer walks and something to keep poo bags and a few essentials in. Mostly I wanted a belt so I could attach my dog leash and be more hands free and I have a monocular for birdwatching I wanted to bring with.This sort of fits those needs. It's pretty hard to get your phone in and out, so I don't use that unless I don't wear pockets that day. The headphone cord hole works nicely to dispense poo bags though. It's hard to get the water bottle in and out so I drink less but I guess you still have it. My main gripe is that the belt loosens a lot and you have to tighten it often. I do like the clips they use to keep the extra straps down. Also makes my back really sweaty and I noticed I have a heat rash after using it and getting in the shower.I don't love it but it still mostly serves its purpose.

The size is perfect for short hikes or walks. The larger pocket fits my iPhone 13. The other pocket fits my small wallet, lip stuff and eye drops. The water bottle holder has a keeper to prevent falling out. I haven’t figured out how to keep the strap adjustments to stay in place when I take it off. It just slips larger??? I’ll figure it out. Quick to receive, well made.
