Simple assembly. Good instructions. Slight install difficulty due to door geometry.

My spring broke and the bracket bent to where it was unrepairable. This new set up works great. I will see how long it lasts. Easy to install if you have the right tools like a DeWalt drill or similar, open end wrenches and sockets.

I had the bracket in place but my original pin and cotter pin were too large for the adjustable bracket. The lifting arm could not attach. They do not sell the pins online or at the big box stores. So this bracket was useless. I took the bracket to a machinist who widened the holes using a dremmel. Please provide pins that fit your bracket.
