Hey I put this around a large tree stump and attached 25 foot dog chain to it works great. Dog can run circles around the stump and it slides around the tree trunk with ease. Love it no more going out to unravel it from the trunk.

Easy to thread through front and rear wheels for security with whatever lock you prefer. Rolls up easily for placement in satchel or other storage on bike.

After my front wheel was stolen I invested in this security cable. It was hard to find one just 5' which is the length I wanted and this one fit the bill.I cannot comment on how easily this could be cut but it is enough to thwart the quick grab and snatch bunch that got my front wheel last month (it was not secured but bike frame was).I like the bright plastic covering and professional looking loops at each end.

We're using this to lock our dinghy at dinghy docks. This is a relatively thick cable but it is flexible and easy to use. So far the plastic cover shows no sign of deteriorating in the harsh sun of the tropics, A steel cable is obviously just a deterrent but it's enough for where we go.

I wanted a bike lock for my new e-bike but I didn't want one that's coiled because I have difficulty using one. I also wanted one that was very sturdy. So this cord is just the ticket. Long enough, not coiled, and very sturdy. I had to buy a bigger lock for it, but now I'm set. If someone tries to steal my e-bike, they'll have a hard time doing it.
