I tried to use it several times and I could not get it going. I purchased two different brands and although they both seem pretty cheaply made the other one doesn’t get the weight stick like this one does. I think I’m better off and more likely to work out with a regular hula hoop. The instructions are poorly written as well. I couldn’t figure out what this one button was for.

Review of the “Smart Hoop”: After taking an honest look at myself I realized that I am somewhat out of shape. I decided to purchase your weighted exercise hoop. I recall the original “Hula Hoop” which was very difficult to keep from falling from my waist. So, the weighted exercise hoop seemed to be the answer and I decided to give it a try.After a brief 5 minutes my waist was on fire. It was certainly working. The weighted action kept the “hoop” up around my waist and the ease and smooth rhythmic waist rotation facilitated by the weighted hoop kept me exercising at a consistent pace. At first it was a challenge but after a few tries I was enjoying the work out and having fun with good results. Thank you for “Smart Hoop” the Weighted Exercise Hoop.
