Wanted the journal but love the cards! The cards are divided into muscle groups s if you need to substitute an exercise you can choose another. I am glad I ordered the cards as well!

I've completed the first two milestones and am ridiculously motivated to continue! This journal takes all the planning and stress out of going to the gym... just follow the days workout.I've struggled with motivation for years but this time feels different.
