Put it on my 2024 Ram 2500. I’m mostly off road, keeps the dust out. Fits securely doesn’t come undone and o ring stays in. I fuel up every other day so it’s seen a lot of use over the last month or so.

Installed on 2024 RAM 3500 Limited, works great and keep the dust out. Only issue is the O ring seal kept coming off, fixed it by using a little bearing grease to hold it in place.

I bought this for my ‘24 Ram 3500 since it only came with a cheap plastic cap (which is only intended to be used during shipment). It seems pretty durable with a good fit, and secures with a slight twist. Despite what others have said about the o-ring falling off mine has stayed put so far. And even if it comes loose over time I’ll probably secure it with a little grease or possibly some adhesive.

as i said its only there to keep water out so you dont have to tighten all the way, or it,s really hard to get off, but 1/2 way works real good, Esp because it has a magnet on bottom, thanks doge 65k for a truck and no fuel cap, ,should have known my other one had a plastic cap. lol

Modification needed. Used a bit of Permatex Ultra Black Gasket Maker to secure the O ring to the green metal cap. Only use a very light coating and be sure to wipe off any excess to secure this O ring to the green cap. Screw on, then wipe off excess on the cap and ALSO the fuel opening. Repeat this a couple of times to insure dry bits of gasket/sealant does not get into the fuel tank. Amazing Goop will work also. I also attached a couple of very narrow slices of clear body tape to the arm of the fuel door so the magnetic cap does not mar the paint. Do not try to use the door itself to attach the magnetic cap it will fall off, use the ARM of the door. Also this green cap does not need to be over tightened, just enough to hold it in place. Sturdy and well made.

Cap is sturdy and seems to fit well. The problem is the 0 ring does not fit snugly in the cap and comes out when you unscrew the cap.
