Weldon glue is the best on the market. 1 star is Amazon delivery package as every can was Badly dented on all 18 cans ordered. Poorly boxes, allowed cans to hit one another and smash them. Do not order unless you don't care about smashed up product

It works very fast together with the purple primer even on ne inch water main lines.

This large can comes with an oversized applicator "dauber" that worked well with 6" pipe. (My application will never have any pressure in it; for pressurized 6" diameter pipe, you need a brush or roller apply it.) It sets up a little slower than the others, which gave me plenty of time to coat the pipe and the fitting before joining them.

We glue tons of pvc pipe and fittings. Sometimes using larger 6" and 8" for roof drains. This is the best flowing/ gap filling glue and I use no other.We tried the Oatey medium gray cement and It does not compare. Installed correctly there will be no leaks.
