Worked great for burying the heads of some bolts into some 4x4x8s. Did not want to buy more expensive brands of bits as I will not use these that often, these did the job and will do some more if needed. Used with WEN 2.3 amp 8" drill press. A good bargain.

This was a great help to me on my guitar build. The bit did its job and was easy to use and is VERY sharp and cut though White Limba (Korina) very well and smoothly. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

I started a project that required purchase of many new tools and I was impressed with other reviews so decided to try the Wen Forstner Bit set… Was impressed from the minute I opened the box!!.. The bits are sharp, well finished and the case is bulletproof!!… Used the 1” for newel post plugs and it cut true, quickly and cleanly… Now I’m looking for other projects just so I can use these bits!!… The price point was such that I get the entire set for not a lot more than a single bit or smaller set of other brands… Do yourself a favor and give them a try…

Wide range of bit sizes for not much more money than a couple of individual bits. I used one of the bits in a drill press to cut 1-1/8" holes through Trex planks. After 16 holes they were all consistent and cleanly cut.
