Arrived with only one strap. Of course I could just return it and start all over, but we're moving soon and I need this. I dont have time to wait for a new one to arrive. After it is used, I dont think I could return it for a "missing part". So I guess I'll just have to make a second strap. I should not have to do this. Unacceptable !

I sent this back because I was wanting to use it to protect the hardwood floors from my refrigerator when I pulled it out. It was impossible to get the roll to flatten out so the wheels could lift onto it. I sent them back.

I am a homeowner. I don’t repair appliances for a living, but these slides are life (and back) savers. For the second time in 8 years I needed to replace the drum bearings in my Samsung front loading washer (poor quality!). My laundry room is tight. Pulling the washer out and into the garage the first time was backbreaking and frustrating. This time around I got these slides. What a difference! Use as directed (watch YT videos) and it’s a snap. Almost too easy. Like most good tools, you just shake your head wondering “why didn’t I do it this way the first time??”.Upshot: If you need to slide-out something heavy, just buy these. You won’t regret it.

It’s a great product i could score 5 but they arrived damaged by the packing tightly rolled up. I have spent time trying to reverse roll them but to no avail. The product will not lie flat hence cannot be used as intended.

Buyer beware. If you value your hardwood floors and want to avoid very, very costly repairs, find an alternative. These are cheap and thin. We have deep gouges in our hardwood floor that cannot be repaired with sanding. Will have to replace planks.

These slides come rolled in a box and are hard to flatten. An accompanying sheet suggests to weight the slides down flat “for a period of time before use.” Apparently overnight is not long enough.Despite having to fight the slides underneath the casters (feet), actually moving heavy objects is fairly easy across a wood floor, laminate flooring, a transom, and finally carpet. Pulling the draw straps sure beats tugging and twisting or hoping nothing will bend with a hand truck. Considering I am moving the appliances, cabinets, and everything else all by my lonesome, these slides are a great help.Full disclosure: I ordered these Wenqik 2 Pcs Appliance Sliders through the Amazon Vine program. As a user of the product, I have done my best to provide an honest review.

The photos makes these look like they are flat. They are coiled from the manufacturer, and I was unable to get them to lie flat on the floor to lift and slide the heavy appliance on to them. We tried to reverse coil them for a day ... didn't help. We tried to lay them flat on a floor with weights on them ... didn't work They had shape memory and sprung back up when the weight was removed. When the tip of the coils was pointed to the ground, trying to pull the appliance on to them just pushed the slides away.

When you need to pull out your refrigerator or washer because of a leak, you don't want to ruin your floors. You need to have these on hand before you need them or risk your floors scratching, tearing or denting.

There are number of issues I have with this product. 1) they come rolled up and not stiff and straight. This means it takes a foolosh amount of time to straighten them out so that they won't roll up in the middle of being used. 2) They are simply two plastic boards and are not of any particularly unique/strong quality. I tried to use them with an air conditioner and gave up after struggling to keep the unit from sliding off. I ended up using a solid cardboard box instead. I suspect they will break fairly quickly, but willing to give it a second try. All in all, I would avoid this product and use a good quality box instead.

Junk, do not work like they should. Very hard to slide even medium weight things (much less heavy than a fridge or washing machine like they show). Definitely cheap material and is going to break/tear in a couple of uses at most.
