Installed easily on a '23 Chevy Colorado. There is a lot of flat space on these steps, which allows snow and ice to build up a little worse than expected. They're safer than most other steps by far, but not as good as the fully grated steps that are available for larger trucks.

The mounting kit comes with 3 brackets for each side, it definitely needs 2 more in the installation kit because the weight is focused on the front end of the steps. There is a lot of space between the second and third bracket leaving the steps wobbly, leaving a cheap feeling. I contacted customer service via email and by phone and was told I have to purchase ANOTHER mounting kit to get the two additional brackets. That’s absolutely insane especially when the kit is almost $100.

Ensure that you buy the additional mounting kit. This seems like a massive bait and switch to buy the steps and not have everything included in the box. Disappointed.
