I used thus item 3 times and now it won't work. Yes I get it you pay for what you get. I was hoping to exchange this item but apparently that's not an option. Do yourself a favor. Save yourself the disappointment and buy a more reliable tool. This one is good if you only need a one time use. But be prepared to go to the hardware store because the water connection doesn't fit the standard garden hose.

The unit will shock you when using with water, after just an hour or less of use the wire came loos and has to be held to the side to function, all while getting shocked. Do NOT buy this.

The water tube and attachments were weak. I had to replace the tube after it blew out. Be sure to adjust the water pressure to low. It's a great tool, but needs improvement. You will want to wear a water resistant apron. Clamps or zip ties will be required to keep the water tube attached.

This is a terrible and dangerous product to use, it will ELECTROCUTE you if use with the attached water hose. Not sure why Amazon hasn’t pull this off their marketplace yet. When I used this polisher with the attached water feeder, the water from the wheel would splatter into the top and side of the front of the unit. The water would then leak into the electrical brushes and electrocute you like it did with me, and since theirs no Ground Fault protection like the major brands do, you could easily die especially if the floor is wet! This is really bad!!!!Normally electrical products sold in the United State have either a UL listing to make sure it has been tested and it is safe for the general public, since this is bootleg into the US without any testing, it has no safety rating and therefore pose serious safety implications to the user. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
