Your cart is empty.The Dishwasher Pump and Motor Assembly pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. This replacement part is designed to be used with select Maytag® and KitchenAid® dishwashers; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this accessory. Also make sure you turn off the water supply under the sink. Helpful Tips: When removing the old motor, make sure to note where the various wires connect. We also recommend using affresh® Dishwasher Cleaner* (item W10282479) to help reduce limescale and mineral build-up that can be unsightly and affect your dishwasher’s performance. *Affresh® brand products are owned and distributed by Whirlpool Corporation.

Like another reviewer mentioned, I received a package with the base motor only, missing the housing clamps, hoses, filter and the rest of the stuff shown in the image. The whirlpool documentation clearly shows the item number refers to the entire assembly and the other parts do not actually have their own item numbers (except for the filter, which should be included in this item). Returning this and ordered from somewhere else. Overall a waste of precious time (I assume that if you are ordering this, your dishwasher is out of order with its guts spread on your kitchen floor...).

The item delivered was only the base motor. The rest of the housing, hoses, and clamps were missing. What is shown in the picture is not was what delivered. I am returning the base motor and requested the base motor and assembly that I ordered.

Saved the day! If your washer runs through the cycle and drains etc but does not spray - get this part. The installation is easy enough if you're semi-handy. Runs like a champ. It was this or buy a new dishwasher for $1000+ ! glad to have this fixed!

Looks exactly like the OEM Kitchenaid one. Replaced the pump in KDTM404KPS. The original pump was part # W11035717 Model # K41AYRNG-1107. So far only 1 wash but working great, just like original. Bottom was stamped with manufacture date of just a few months ago. All stamps and markings are done in the same manner as the one that came out of the dishwasher, so I think this is an actual OEM pump.Original failed after just under 5 years. Would make loud sound when on (as if pumping without water), taking it apart I couldnt tell what was wrong, insides looked brand new with no visible issues. Hope this replacement pump lasts more than 5 years.

This is an exact replacement for the pump in my Kitchenaid dishwasher. The internal metal filter was destroyed in the original, causing the pump to be jammed. Even though the filter could be replaced and probably result in everything working again, I feared that the pump had suffered damage from being jammed and getting extremely hot. This entire replacement was less than a hundred dollars more than just replacing the filter and no additional labor, so I felt it was a good investment. Super easy to replace and the dishwasher works like new again. This seller also offered the best price by far. Thanks!!

Old pump broke, (dishwasher appears to be running but never sprays water) replacing the pump woth this one resolved the problem. Not too difficult. I would suggest buying the normal screw type hose clamps though, the ones it comes with require a specialty crimper.
