I bought this as a gift for my younger sibling, but I’m really disappointed. The dolls are supposed to open in sequence, but only the first one opened—after that, none of them would budge. Even an adult male tried using tools, but it was impossible.The main feature of this product is that it opens one by one, so it’s frustrating that it doesn’t work at all. Since the gift has already been delivered, returning it is not really an option, which makes this even more upsetting. I’m not sure if this is a defective item or if all of them are like this, but I hope the issue gets resolved properly.
