There are lots of colors to choose from, but they are a little bright, so I don't recommend this for people who need complete darkness to sleep. The main thing I use this for is the noises it has. It's really relaxing and calms me down when I need to sleep.

All of our family members find we sleep better with white noise. To be honest, we even turn on white noise for our dog at night time so she doesn't notice and react as much to the neighbourhood noises. This combination white noise + night light + clock has been a great addition to our collection of white noise sources. My youngest daughter likes the pink colour of the base, and was thrilled that she could select the colour of the glow for the night light. I imagine it is saving us money on electricity, as we had previously been running a fan in her room every night (no matter the time of year/how cold it is outdoors). She has been sleeping well with this machine running. It is a nice bonus that it also had a clock on it, as she is learning to tell the time and understand what time is appropriate to get up in the morning (which helps prevent her from waking me early unnecessarily!).I have no hesitation recommending this item.

This is colorful noise making clock does a decent job of providing background noise while you take a deep nap. The colors add to the style and radiance of the clock. The screen for the clock is smaller than other clocks, but is bright and clear, and the material of unit is above par. The clock comes with a battery, for when you need to move it around, and have to disconnect it, so that you don’t lose your settings. I have left it connected, so that if it does get disconnected, the battery takes over for the time that I need to find another outlet. Though I could leave it disconnected for a while, as it lasts longer than most. The BT function is easy to use, and adds to the technical usage of this simple product. Setting the clock is not too difficult, but definitely would be a chore, if you are setting it once in a while. So the battery backup does a good job of preventing that scenario. I really like the flexibility of this noise generator. We use one in our room at night to just try to set a standard whitenoise level to offset the kid's or animals making noise in the house.You can choose between a wide-range of sounds, 34 in total, from purely white noise to birds chirping or a thunderstorm. There are lots of options but, for us, the whitenoise setting has been the way to go.The machine also comes with a handy clock which makes it great as a bedside device and you can choose a number of different light colours and settings (including brightness) if you're looking for a night light. It's all easy to configure and use with buttons on top including the ability to snooze the alarm or change the light by tapping on top of the device.The one quirk that I really didn't like about it is that if you turn it off and back on you've lost the noise setting that you've selected. So if you're using one of the ones further down the selection list you'll be there for a bit after you turn it back on to find the one you want. I found a work-around for it where I just paused the sound instead of turning it off but that just seemed strange to me. I also found the touch area on top of the noisemaker very sensitive so even if you were using the buttons to change settings sometimes the light would come on or change colour.Overall it's a very versatile machine and if that's what you're looking for I can recommend this one!

This could be the speakers themselves, or the sound files in the device, but the sound quality is scratchy and the sound tends to peak a lot. Even at the lowest volume setting, the speakers are way too loud. The touch for light is far too sensitive. When I try to change the volume or change the sound track, the light turns back on after I've turned it off. It could use some improvements, I would not recommend this product over others that do the same job. If you don't mind the volume, it's alright.

I want to like this sound machine. On paper, it has everything one would want in a device like this but in reality, it has too many quirks for me to recommend it. I have had to refer to the manual way too many times to figure out how to use this thing. It is very frustrating. It doesn't operate in a sensical way.First off, for the clock to be on, either the bluetooth has to be active so here is a constantly flashing "BT" or the sound machine function has to be on. I am not sure why the clock can't just be on even if the other functions are off. I didn't realize this quirk so when I first set this device up, I left the clock on and then all my calls were automatically going to it even though I was on the other side of the house. If you want the clock to just be on all the time, you have to disconnect your phone from this device every time so calls don't automatically get routed to it when you are nearby.While it is nice that this sound machine is rechargeable and can be operated wirelessly, to me, it is much too big and bulky for travel. It is much more suited to be a home unit. That being said, if you want to plug it in and keep it on the nightstand, good luck since the included USB cord is about a foot long and it doesn't come with a charging block.Several of the buttons have a dual purpose which makes operating this machine awkward and confusing. For instance, the arrow forward/backward buttons also control the volume. So if you are trying to scan for a white noise you want to listen to, you use those buttons to scan but then once you find the sound you like and want to control the volume, you have to press the same buttons but hold them down. I had a hard time adjusting the volume by one level because if I pressed the button for too long, the volume would go up or down by too much. If I pressed the button too quickly, the white noise sound would change. Also, the white noises leave something to be desired. While it is touted that these sounds don't loop, I can say with confidence that I can hear the exact point each white noise cycles. Now I can't unhear it which is not very relaxing.The touch function on the top of this device seems like it is a good idea but just in the time I have tried to get used to this machine, I have accidentally touched and changed the color and brightness on accident. I haven't used this as an alarm clock yet but I can imagine wanting to engage the "sleep" function to catch a few more Zzzs and accidentally turning the alarm off and ruining my day.This machine has all of the bells and whistles I want in a sound machine/alarm clock/night light/bluetooth speaker but they don't fit together seamlessly to form a cohesive product. If more thought were put into the actual daily use and functionality and which buttons should operate what...this machine would be great. As it stands, it is seriously flawed and more frustrating than anything because it had potential.

It works pretty well. I only have one complaint, you have to charge it every 2 days because the battery life isn't the best.

I was well on my way to giving this one 3 stars. I read multiple reviews about it - the seller offers it in different base colors - and I agreed with what many had to say, and then I just began to play around with it. Let me start by saying I love this - the lighting, the varieties of sounds offered, the shape, the sturdy base, and the features.This tech device is one of those things that requires you to invest a bit of time before passing judgment. It tries to do too much perhaps, without perfecting tasks. It will allow you to hook up a bluetooth device for music, but choosing a sound requires you to cycle through nearly 15 of them. Maybe 5-6 sounds, each with its own selection button, would be best. It has an alarm and you can insert an SD card, but adjusting the volume shares a button with "previous track".Almost all the buttons have multiple features associated with them. You can even reportedly take calls on this thing. The sounds aren't great, but with bluetooth, you don't need them. You can use the bluetooth or the SD card features to get your favorite sleep sounds to stream through the device. They repeat too quickly, so you'll get maybe a few seconds of a sound before it repeats which is annoying.There are a few white noise sounds that aren't bad, and there's a chime which would be good for meditation. The audio is pretty good. Discovering how easy it is to change the light color or volume was an ah ha moment for me. Volume can be controlled on the device or by using volume controls on the bluetooth connected device. The alarm feature worked fine but I couldn't figure out how to control the volume or associated sound of simple music and chirping birds.I think it's a really fun gadget and I'm considering getting another for the other side of the bed. A bit complicated for a child, but perfect for a teen or adult. The current price point for the overall value is excellent. Order it, find your ambient light color, and put on some Sade. You won't regret it.

This device is larger than I had anticipated but the product works really well. There are a variety of sounds available to help you sleep, soothe your stress, provide an ambient background noise while working etc. The device does what is is intended to do very well. There are a number of other pluses that make this device even better. The light changes colour, which is pretty cool. You can use this as a Bluetooth speaker or plug in a music player using the Aux jack on the unit. There is a built in alarm clock (wow!), a sleep timer and it can be used wirelessly after charging the built in battery. This thing is great and has a multitude of uses which reinforces this as a great value product. Personally I use this as a background noise generator while I work , which I find helps me focus. The alarm can be snoozed by tapping the top of the unit or turned off by long pressing the top of the unit. There is a small display screen that shows the time and whether you are connected to Bluetooth as well as a small icon to show that there is an active alarm set. The colours and light are subtle but can be adjusted to suit your preference. The sounds that are generated are sounds of the ocean and waves, rainfall, thunderstorm, white noise, pink noise, brown noise. the sound of a fan, a lullaby, river / stream current sounds, birds chirping, campfire crackling sounds and the sounds of a "summer night". Some of the sounds are honestly pretty useless and not relaxing (for me personally) but the quality of all of the sounds is great. The volume can be set from "barely audible" to louder than you would likely need.I would recommend this to anyone as a great value all in one product.

This little white noise machine has a lot of features. A lot! It's extremely confusing at first, then you get used to the features and how to control them. It offers white noise sounds, it's an alarm clock, and it's a Bluetooth speaker you can play music with or take calls through. All of those, in a USB rechargeable base, although the charging block is not included. Did I mention you can to serve a lot of different colors for the night light feature? Seriously, though, it does offer a lot of bang for the buck. My only real complaint is that it doesn't hold a charge for very long, and I found myself just leaving it plugged in, which defeats the purpose of it being rechargeable. Nonetheless, I would still definitely recommend it, and it would be a nice gift item.

Hello friends, I selected this white noise machine with multiple colors for children.This is a white noise maker that you have to spend a lot of time getting to know. There are only maybe two or three sounds that I think I could tolerate sleeping to. It charges USBC. The sound is good for the white noise but it's kind of tingy at its highest point. Even though it can literally be modified to play music, it's not a good speaker for that. It is really great though for a kid, especially if they would like a speaker and the option of having a white noise machine. I think it's a good one for kids but not for adults.
