Purchased this molding as a replacement for a piece on the front of my trailer that had cracked. All you have to do is clean the track with a small brush. (I used a brass brush) and start at the top and press it in with your fingers. I did it when the weather was about 85 degrees and it worked fine. It looked so good, I did the other side. Then I had enough left to do the back. Made a huge difference in the look of my trailer.

When I received this trim I felt it was flimsy but as I installed it I realized the pressure from the aluminum corner trim caused the vinyl to be more substantial than I thought it would be. Looks great, good way to spruce up appearance for not much money. Since vinyl won't form a water tight seal over the screws, be sure screws are properly sealed before installing this trim. I installed this as the finishing touches after removing the corner trim, installing corner seal tape, caulking, and reinstalling the corner trim. I also caulked the screw heads and drilled a drain hole at the bottom of the vinyl. Maybe overkill but I found you don't want leaky trim!
