I had very frustrating time, thought it wanted a subscription even though description on Amazon said ‘no need to pay for anything’ got it figured out and it worked while I was at my moms but upon going home disconnected when I wanted her to try it (I live an hour away) Had to reconnect next trip in and insisted now to get subscription! Frustrating and deceiving

It works well. I just wish the volume could be adjusted. Also, it needs constant power to work. It is not rechargeable. But if you just need a basic button, this is a good deal.

The unit will sound the alarm when the push button is pressed, but it will not connect to the internet. I have tried to find a support option but have been unable to do so. I would NOT recommend buying this unit because it does NOT connect to the internet, and there is NO support available for this unit.

Very well thought out product at a low price. Sends alarm locally and to other's texts. I checked range and it covers 300 ft. from indoors to outdoors. I recommend it.

It's a simple device, with a button pushed, the base sounds alarm and a phone app reacts. A $15 "subscription" is required for the phone notification to work. So I paid for it. Now if I have the app open I can see the alerts. If I do not unlock the phone and get the app open and waiting, I got nothing. I tried on both Galaxy and iPhone.What a joke.

Product says no need to pay for anything. Complete lie. If you are away from home if a someone pushes the emergency button a chime goes off on the receiver and that's it. Like a doorbell. But IF you want it to send you a text or a call, you have to add that monthly to your app you downloaded. I cancelled my Telus alert button for this one and now find out I have to pay when it says you don't need to pay is a complete LIE. I will NEVER buy from this seller.

I bought this for my parents to use in case of an emergency. I charged it overnight and installed it the next day.It was easy to set up. I was a bit dubious about it because it was so inexpensive, but it's simple to use and it does what I need it to do. It alerts my phone in case my parents need me. I can sleep better at night knowing that they can contact me by just pushing the button. Thank you!
