JUST PLUG IT IN. I ALSO PUSHED THE WPS BUTTON MY FIBER ROUTER AFTERWARD, BUT I AM NOT SURE IT WAS NEEDED. I CAN NOW GET FASY INTERNET DOWNLOAD SPEED FROM MY REAR BEDROOM! GREAT VALUE!

Do not buy does not work. Ive had it for less than 2 months and it has horrible signal 0 speed tried to reset it and its imposible does not work set up was also complicated would not connect . I wish all these problem occur during the return and refund period

Couldn't read the instructions. The print was far too small. I tried all of what was suggested and couldn't get mine to work. Returned.

I plugged it in to our porch outlet and connected fast but I can't tell the difference. My wifi is very good already. If u want 2 try if you're not sure. Go for it. Not recommended

Junk. Tried multiple times to set it up as a repeater. Each time things looked like they would work but in you press the Finish Setup the wifi turns off and does not come back on unless you do a reset. It just does not work.UPdate: The seller just sent me an email offering to replace the repeater. I did not respond. So I can say they did attempt to replace the item on their own. I do have on other performance thing to add. When the wifi was working during the setup the signal strength next to the unit was -45 DB. My router about the same distance was -28 DB. The linksys repeater, that I actually ended up purchasing after I returned this on, has a signal strength of -30 DB and works great. I never tried to replace the repeater because I could not believe having a signal strength of -45 DB when next to it would actually cover 5000 sqft. When the Linksys repeater covers 1200 sqft and has a signal strength of -30 Db.
