I would have given this 5 stars but the button is to big & it should be smaller and have an option to wear it like a watch. My parents refuse to wear it around their neck!

After searching and trying multiple devices, I have found that this one is my favorites. It’s really loud, which is helpful because I care for my mother and a big double white trailer. Sometimes I don’t hear her. However, with the app and my phone she can buzz me whenever she needs me. She has finally stopped worrying that she’s alone and that she won’t be able to find me in an emergency. If you got old people in your house I highly recommend this product.

This is an awesome product. My mom presses the button. If the aide is in another room she hears the bell. My sister and I who are in another location possibly miles away also get the alert on our phones.

Super easy to setup and use. Has decent range. And it’s not crazy loud where it scares you. Sounds more like a doorbell. Couple tech tips: you need to have 2.4ghz wifi. Most wifi systems have it but make sure yours does. Won’t work on 5ghz. Also… make sure you’re standing really close to your wifi router when you’re setting this up. Once it’s setup, you can put it where you want. Mine is sitting under a dresser. The buttons are about 30 and 50ft away. Notifies almost instantly on the finger thing and the app. App is super easy also.

I have a gym and our front desk has to spend some time out on the gym floor. Rather than getting a pricey intercom system and adding another system to learn to the mix, I got this button and added it to a "need assistance?" sign that is at the front desk. Now if someone needs help, they just press the button and our staff gets a notification to the work phone! I was originally looking at the small doorbell systems but didn't want staff to be carrying the chime (not to mention they are insanely loud). There is a slight delay, however our wifi can be spotty at times so that is understandable.
