I ordered this and all the keys arrived scattered and half broken, processed a return thinking it was a fluke. The second box of keys arrived in the same way.

Came with a missing I, D and other keys. I wanted to replace my whole set and now I can’t. Very disappointing. On top of it, some keys have broken clips.

Apple had told me that i would have to replace the entire keyboard to fix my keycaps that fell out. Seems like they didn't look close-enough at the problem. While the butterfly switches on the early generations are said to have problems, only the clips on the actual keycaps were broken. I was able to snap these back in no problem.

Product was as described in description and shown in photos. Only one key of the whole set was defective, it was the F5 key. This wasn't a big deal as the keys are pretty much identical, and it was a key that wasn't originally defective in my situation.If you have no experience changing this style of key on a laptop, I recommend taking your time, and watching some tutorials, or having someone else do it for you.I have experience, this process took about an hour or so to remove the old key, clean the keyboard, and replace all the key with the new ones.Overall, great value for the price.

Lots of the pieces are faulty and don't work. I'd say 15% of them were unusable. Wouldn't bother.
