Been wanting one to organize all my extra screws for a long time. I wanted complete, and I wanted affordable. This is the best of both. Granted I would have still liked to pay a bit less.

I hesitated to buy this... I mean, how often will u use it? turns out, I've used it in 2 different applications so far, in just the first month. If we didn't have to deal with both metric and standard threads, we wouldn't need something like this, but because we often do, this is a terrific purchase

If you’re not worried about color. Save the money. Get the silver black. I did. It’s perfect for sorting and sizing misplaced screws

I bought this set along with another set that is on a wire. Like certain tools or gadgets, having more than one around is better. Very nice set with metric and imperial sizes. Each one is labeled in white, the foam is also marked along with a legend on the inside lid. So easy to locate the one you want. Each one is held in place quite firmly. This one will stay in my shop area.

Usual pros and cons of aluminum. As long as you are careful not to crossthread, the tool is great. Really there should be no reason to crossbreed. Nice to be able to remove each separately ie better than the threadchecker on a "string". Haven't misplaced one yet! Happy with the tool.

I keep extra nuts and bolts from every project and everything I buy, but my stash eventually became overwhelmingly full to the point where it was really annoying trying to find the right one when I need it for something. Now I've finally been able to organize them by size. Also a very relaxing activity if you have OCD. Just remember to not be forceful with them. It is a softer metal, but it isn't a problem at all if you are responsible.

This is a nice packaged set of Thread Checkers. I had the kind on a cable, but those were not so great when trying to check threads on an object that you had to screw into in tight spots. These being individual allows you to easily thread into things. The storage case is nice, and clearly marked. These are light weight as they are aluminum, which can be both a pro and con. They won't weight down a tool bag or box, but they may not hold up for the long term, depending on the care people take with them. The anodizing will add some protection, but if not careful, due to of the softer metal, you could cross strip these easier than if they were steel. These do thread easily on the bolts and nuts I have tried, and with care they should last a while. If you take care of your tools these should serve you well. The one oddity, is the color choice. Generally Standard or imperial are color marked in Red and Metric in Blue, these are the opposite. Red for Metric and Blue for imperial.
